Turning vision into results is the goal of strategic communications, yet many say that’s hard to do, or even measure. I believe that seeing is believing, and I’m proud of the teams I’ve led and the results I’ve delivered. Balancing vision with goals and results has been a key to my success.
It starts out with a good conversation about what the end goal is, and those discussions can be interesting and exciting. The conversation may then progress to the target audiences and stakeholders and how they act and interact. Another layer is the atmosphere; the landscape or political climate that can influence a project or campaign. Resources usually come up along the way too. And so the discussion evolves into factors which can influence a project, and thus change or impact the end goal. I find these talks are some of the most fascinating and thought-provoking of my work, as they eventually go to the center where peoples’ minds, and hearts lie.

I’ve organized them by employers such as the Bellevue School District, Washington’s Lottery and the Alliance for Education as well as other pro bono clientele. Such examples are shown to give you an idea of the results achieved when I execute a project to completion.
